For ~92–95% of forwarded wires, the AI verdict is final and arrives in seconds — either approved (clean) or blocked (do not wire, full stop). For the remaining 5–8% where signals are mixed, the engine returns under review and gives you a choice:
- →Have your team review it in the portal — included in your subscription. Your verifier-role staff work through the engine's reasoning, call the counterparty using a publicly known phone number (not one from the email), and approve or reject. Audit trail captured automatically.
- →Request a QATCH expert callback — uses one of your monthly credits. A QATCH analyst makes the verification call, documents it, and returns a final verdict — usually within 30 minutes during business hours.
The engine's blockedverdict is never overridable for any fee. If we say don't wire, we mean it.

QATCH Phase 2 adds outbound wire execution through a QATCH escrow account and an approved-fraud insurance guarantee — up to $2M per transaction, 30-day payout, no social-engineering exclusion. Today (Phase 1) you wire through your own bank after QATCH gives the verdict. Phase 2 is on the roadmap for late 2026; design partners ride along when it ships.
